Finally , we reach our BIG day ...
Our BIG BIG BIG day ...

When all the committee arrived school , and under a ''without-key-situation'' , we could just stay outside the gymnasium and wait for the participants to arrive . From morning 7.00 sharp till 7.30 , there's only a few teams arrived school , TEAM ARENA , TEAM CONNEXION (of course ... ^^) , 1/2 of the TEAM ETERNAL FURY (Lisa arrived 1st , jasmine was super duper LATE ...)

After being frustrated for 30 mints , the teacher in charge for Taekwondo Club , Pn.Rozita came N save our life ~ She brought us the key . At this time , the other teams are continuous stepping in to the gym and register for their teams . well , we do have some cute teams here , we have TEAM SUSHI , TEAM CHAMPION (guess what , they won champion !!! ) , and we have our silat boys , RATED RKO ~

We start our day with stretching , as u can see in those pics ... Trying their best to stretch to the limit ... Pity them ... Then we countinue with a Koryo pattern demostration by the ARENA boys , K0k Sam @ Ch00n Tik ... However the demostration have no instruction , we have to ask our SENIOR Kei Ming , to perform his best part for every1 to learn . The NTM ( non-Taekwondo-Members) are quite satisfy with Kei Ming's performance . This make him feel very happy ... hehe ...

As we start our competition , there are part of them could not break the 1 inch plank . But still , it's a good try for them . We should give them a claps (clap ~~~) The 1st place N the 2nd place in section A , the result is
CONNEXION = 1'22.6
RATED RKO = 1'22.8
There's only 0.2 seconds different !!!

After crashing my phone's protection cover , screwing up some1 , finally we got the results .

At last , congratulation to those who won medals . For those who did not won any medals , this is a good try for preparing for the coming fitness competition . See you next year !!!
