- Sprinting 50m
- Push up x 20
- Sit up x 20
- exchange punching x 20
- front kick x 20 (left & right)
- turning kick x 20 (left & right)
- plank breaking

For your information , every participant will be required to finish a task as fast as possible to gain a point within the time allocated .Each participant will be given a chance to break a plank with any kind of kick taught and demonstrated to them .
it may be a simple kick , or even a complicated 1 . or u may use silat kick.
its all up to u .

The participants hereby agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the event, participants are entering the competition at their own risk and shall not hold the organiser responsibility for any accident, injury, death, loss of property however cause before, during and after the event.
