fitness competition

Hey every1 !!! I brought you all a good news here !!!

we are organising a fitness competition on 4th April 2009 at SMK Datok Lokman ,starts at 8.00 in the morning . The purposes of this competition, firstly to improve the fitness of the participants and encourage them to exercise frequently for better health. Besides, to sharpen communication skills of the participants is another crucial thing. Most important is to promote the importance of sportsmanship and team spirit among participants.

Each participants have to pay RM 2.00 . 2 participants in 1 group . the champion , runner up , n the third place will get their MEDALS ... obviously ... and , every participants will get a certificate from SMK Datok Lokman . dun worry , dun worry ..

anyway , this competition is not a taekwondo competition. lets make it clear , its just a fitness competition . means that , we challenge the normal students by completing the tasks like , push up,sprinting 30 m , sit up , doing some kicks , bla bla bla ... at last , we are award to break a plank with ANY kind of KICK !!!

so juniors , ahem , please train yourself as fast as possible to join this competition .
YOU CAN DO IT !!! and the seniors , once again , 加油 !!!
WE CAN DO IT !!! BEAT THE REST DOWN !!!

new juniors !!

we had about 10 new students today .. including 1 junior black belt ...

anyway , there's 3 of them , are quite potential in our training .either kicking or the strength ... the rest ... ahem ahem ... still need MORE practice to overcome their set backs ... Erm ... specially for those seniors , including me , please have MORE practice at home . the juniors are chasing after us . SPARRING , KICKING , PATTERN , or even 1 STEP . And try ur best to be ' A.F.A.P ' . AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE .Hope we won't see any pattern with robotic movement in the coming friday training . ^^

OH YEA !!! 1 more thing . we planed to have a wednesday training . this training is specially for those members are joining competition , and for those who cant join us on Friday , AND as a extra raining for the other members . just as what I did with Farng Hui , Han Wah , Jun Hann , and Kin Man . we just ask permission with he teacher by using ''train for competition'' as the excues . the class will be open SOON .

hmm ... its 2 weeks since our last post ...
anyway , IM BACK !!!
this post is actually about our 1st training in year 2009 ... yesterday *

first of all , welcome back to our dearest members ... had a great time yesterday ... I know its a bit hard for u all to start ur training after ur longgggg hols , as u all doing the splits , stretching , kicks ... anyway , juz keep practicing at home ... Erm ... 1 more thing , pls practice ur pattern ... and , DUN BE LAZY AR !!!

anyway , here's our 2009 plan ... me n Farng Hui planed to open a class on every Wednesday . it will be a light training ... maybe will do some light 1 ... like , pattern , 1 step ... since we waste quite a long time in stretching n practicing kicks on Friday , this class will let us to revise ur pattern ... and and and , for those who are joining competition this year , this will be the chance for them to prepare for the competition.

oh yea , those who are not a taekwondo member , but are interested in our training , could come n join us for some light training. If ur friends are interested in taekwondo training , but cant come n join us on friday , u could invite them to join us on Wednesday . dun be shy ... come come ... we won't kill u all ...

I'll try to comfirm with our lovely , fatty Pn Adib first ... thn will inform u all when will we start this training .

hey guys..i did some translation and here it goes:

1) notre--"our" in French

2) rever--"dream" in french

3) nous--"we" in french


Other than that, i think words like "strive" "passion" can also be used..

latest news abt our team's name

hey every1 here !!!

Andy give out his 1st opinion . He voted for the name 'Dream' . But he says we should use the name Dream in Korean word . 꿈 ... this is the word Dream . 梦 or 梦想 ... I haven't get the spelling of the word 꿈 . Andy is doing that ... hopefully he will give me the answer of it soon.

hey D.L Taekwondo members !!!

wanna ask every1 here , about the name of our Taekwondo team . I think of using the word victory n dream . any more ideas ??

these are some of my ideas , dream ,translate to French = rêver , translate to Dutch = Dromen .
Victory , french = Victoire ,
Italian = Vittoria ,
Portuguese = Vitoria .

any other ideas , pls leave ur footsteps here . thx !!
